Service stamps.

Official stamps of international organisations are stamps issued by the postal services of the countries where these organisations have their headquarters. They are used to frank the mail of these organisations, but only if it is posted at the headquarters. In France, two organisations are concerned: - UNESCO, whose headquarters are in Paris - the Council of Europe, which is based in Strasbourg

Their service stamps are produced by La Poste.
