To the delight of collectors, Phil@poste continues to innovate with a collection full of surprises. Over five years, it offers a unique overview of French cultural heritage through a selection of stamps organised by theme. The "French Heritage in Stamps" collection will be published once a year in a limited edition. It will consist of a sleeve containing ten sheets of ten different stamps (one for each theme). French Heritage in Stamps begins in 2019 and will run for five years, offering you the opportunity to significantly enhance your stamp collection.
